LeaderImpact was formed to work with organizational leadership and individual leaders, facilitating the process of organizational change and individual leadership development and growth.
Since 2001, I have served as primary director after serving in numerous leadership roles of various organizations. Over the past 30 years, I have been involved in the process of facilitating change and growth in individuals, leaders, churches, non-profits and businesses. Most of those years have been in the non-profit sector with over half facilitating individual and organizational change.
I am both a Certified LifePlan™ facilitator and a Certified Paterson Process™ facilitator.
I have benefited from a wide variety of vocational experiences including:
- Director of an inner-city ministry
- Technical director of a conference for 18,000 college students
- Latin American & US Director of a church growth ministry
- Executive Pastor of a large growing church (2400+)
- Missions Pastor of a large church
- Enterprise-wide sales & support to Fortune 500 companies
- Controller of a non-profit organization
My vocational drive, whether with individuals, churches, organizations or businesses, is to:
- Discern the big picture of their current situation
- Who the influencers and people affecting it are
- What are the causal issues
- Realistically hear and facilitate a new "big picture" of the future
- Facilitate the change process
- Address potential roadblocks, people and cultural issues
I have been married for over 30 years to Cindy, the most wonderful, patient and loving woman in the world! We have two children, Joshua and Sara – both of whom are experiencing all God has for them in life!
